1. About VioCheck

VioCheck is a trading name of A.J. Simpson. VioCheck provides pre-publish compliance-risk analysis and correction tools for creator and social-commerce content.

VioCheck is not TikTok, ByteDance or any other social platform, is not endorsed by them, and does not provide platform approval. Platform names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.

2. What the service does

VioCheck analyses content you choose to submit and may return findings, risk levels, timestamps, policy references and suggested corrections. VioFix may prepare and, where technically supported, render user-approved corrections to speech, on-screen text or captions.

Automated analysis can be wrong or incomplete. Policy sources and enforcement practices can change. You remain responsible for reviewing the finished content, checking that factual product claims are accurate and deciding whether to publish it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by VioCheck's own breach of duty.

You must not use the service to interfere with another account, bypass usage limits, probe security controls or access content that does not belong to you.

4. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give VioCheck a limited permission to host, copy, analyse and technically process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and to ask VioCheck to process it. Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights or that you are not authorised to process.

5. Creator voice

You may only create or use a VioFix creator voice for your own voice or a voice you are expressly authorised to use. You must not use VioCheck to impersonate another person, mislead people about who is speaking or create unauthorised synthetic speech.

Voice enrolment is opt-in and each VioFix speech render requires approval of the prepared replacement wording. Additional details are set out in the Creator Voice Notice.

6. VioFix limitations

VioFix is designed to make the smallest correction that can be made without changing the creator's intended meaning. It will not knowingly fabricate evidence, product performance, testimonials or missing substantiation. Some issues require the creator to re-film or provide evidence instead of using an automated fix.

You must review any corrected render before publishing it. A successful VioFix render or re-check is not a guarantee that a platform, regulator, advertiser, marketplace or other third party will accept the content.

7. Checks, credits and paid services

Free or included checks are subject to the usage balance shown in your account. VioCheck currently returns a check when processing fails before a usable result is completed. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

If paid plans, subscriptions or additional credits are offered, the price, billing period and any specific cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Separate checkout terms may also apply.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep VioCheck available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be updated, replaced, limited or temporarily disabled where needed for security, provider availability, policy accuracy, maintenance or legal compliance.

Where a critical policy source cannot be verified, VioCheck may stop treating that source as current rather than continue scoring against data it cannot validate.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use VioCheck for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorised impersonation, infringement, malware, security attacks, automated abuse, resale that misrepresents the service, or to create content intended to evade lawful platform safeguards.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those rights, VioCheck is a decision-support tool and is not responsible for a platform's independent moderation, enforcement, ranking, account action or commercial decision. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and publication of your content.

11. Ending use of VioCheck

You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete individual VioChecks and their associated private media from My Checks, and delete a saved creator voice from Account. Contact support if you need help with your account or personal-data rights.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, prevent security harm or enforce these terms.

12. Privacy

How VioCheck handles personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice. The privacy notice forms part of the information provided to you about use of the service, but is not intended to reduce any rights you have under data-protection law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you use VioCheck as a consumer, this does not remove mandatory rights or protections you may have under the law that applies to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, legal or security changes. Material changes will take effect prospectively and the latest version will show its update date.
